Good Monday morning, all! Have a new question that I know what I think but
would like to have other views as well.

As with all our centers, when you become a member you get access to the
wi-fi services. And if you're a day trip person you get access. As a rule,
we change the password on the secure access every month, but now I'm
getting people who JUST want the access to the wi-fi (one being my
landlord). I wouldn't have a problem with giving it to him except that he
refuses to do work on our space, and when I asked if we could get a price
break on rent because we were putting in a LOT of work and money to fix up
the building, his comment was: NO, if the building is in better shape, I
can charge more rent. SOOOOOO -- I'm not too concerned about giving him
wi-fi access without pay for it. What are your thoughts?

Thanks, guys.
