Hey Angel, nothing empirical here, but we've got a few companies using Uncubed. Some have no physical Denver office and some simply have enough workers in Denver to want them to be together.
We've seen and heard, that being exposed to folks outside their company and business is a nice perk. See what others are doing but also get an opinion from someone not inside the software. One company has no Denver office and many of them come in every day even when they're not meeting as a group in order to be out of the house and around other coders. We had a team with an office in Broomfield that didn't like driving out there, and Uncubed was a 2 days a week option. Many of them loved it. One for the shorter commute, but also they were a pretty extroverted group. Sadly they canceled because their software talked to hardware that they couldn't bring into Uncubed.
