I was a long-time member of a Coworking space in Fort Collins, CO called Cohere and am an evangelist in every other way to the Coworking movement which helped me escape the corporate world in 2010. I may have seen some of you at the Global Coworking Unconference this past month in Austin as well!
I run a Mobile App Development company with my friend now and have been working on a project with my Yoga teacher to create a Virtual Yoga Studio. Basically the idea is to deliver the experience of Yoga classes directly into people's living rooms or even conference rooms in offices through live streaming. We've been testing it the last few weeks and here's a sneak peek at one of those tests in a living room on a large HDTV: https://www.dropbox.com/s/uyg2ezjxcxxacyq/VIDEO0047.mp4. The sound may be a little loud because this was recorded on a cell phone. So anyways, we're working on a spin-off version of the studio focused specifically at Coworking spaces and freelancers/entrepreneurs called Yoga for Coworkers. I wanted to get an idea if this was something that may interest some space owners for easily offering a Wellness program in your space. The setup would be pretty minimal -- simply needing some open space in front of a projector or tv (conference rooms may work well) and we would love to help you out in making it the best setup possible. Or even if this would be an interesting option to offer members as a perk so they could join in on their own time from their home but get access through your space; that's another option we're considering.
