To add into the general conversation, we find that having a little bit of background music, even if it's quiet, helps to even out the overall "tone" of our space. There is something eerie about having no background music in our space - makes it feel more like a library and less like a coworking space to me. But to each space their own, right? That's the whole idea - do what your community digs.
