Hello Fellow Coworkers, I'm a translator and writer in Washington, D.C. working for a non-profit media group based in Berkeley, CA. I'm the lone East Coast representative, and I'm longing for a collegial work space. All I need is a place to work "together alone," so I'm exploring the "virtual" options at a few coworking spaces in the District.
Both Affinity Lab and GeekEasy have struck my fancy. I've passed by Affinity Lab before, and hear that they've got a lot of events. Their virtual membership is $325/mo, while GeekEasy's is $90/mo. I'm willing to pay for quality, but visibility and price don't necessary signal that. How do these two spaces stack up? Thanks for your help!
