All good points Mike, the positives far outweigh the negatives, I'm sure, 
but there are negatives too. I'm especially reminded of some situations 
around a shared kitchen & office equipment area. Specific guidelines that 
are spelled out clearly will make for a equal realizations not just 
expectations.
