Thanks for the links and mentoring.
At first, I was a bit skeptical about the feasibility of community driven 
coworking space because lots of coworking spaces in Japan I know are run by 
companies which has lots of cash.
But as I get to know more about coworking, I'm getting realize it's really 
a nice opportunity.

I've just decided to take part in the space. I met a few entrepreneurs who 
are friends of the owner of the space. There is a lot of stuff to do since 
nothing has been decided yet. When I run into a trouble, I'll always look 
into the resources given by global coworking community!
