I'd pay close attention to actual utilization and keep an eye out for your more popular memberships.
We watch our memberships flux throughout the year, and sometimes start a waiting list on certain ones when utilization approaches full and only start signing up new members when we know that we won't risk collisions. Reservations can help if you're really worried about it, but you may be surprised by the results of actual data vs. predictions of popularity and usage. :) -Alex -- /ah indyhall.org coworking in philadelphia On Jan 5, 2013, at 2:34 PM, Zee LaunchPad <[email protected]> wrote: > well not yet.. but just to think ahead of time.. say we have the following > packages: > 5 hrz/month > 20 hrz/month > 60 hrz/month > 100 hrz/month > > and our capacity 70 members. is there anything i need to do.. or do you think > it's manageable? > > > -- > Visit this forum on the web at http://discuss.coworking.com > --- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Coworking" group. > For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/groups/opt_out. > > -- Visit this forum on the web at http://discuss.coworking.com --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Coworking" group.
