We use Cobot to keep a record of our members, their invoices and payments, and their plans, reservations and services, and we also use it (integrated with our wifi) to see how much time they spend here, which are our peak times and so on. You can see the plans and pricing for our space here: https://co-up.cobot.me/plans As for other spaces, I have heard of some that use spreadsheets, some use CRM apps and some use printed out forms.
