Hello All, My name is Paul and I am looking to open a cowork space. I have been following coworking news for couple years now and is looking to relocate my current business into a cowork space that I would like to create. I have located a space near old downtown Pasadena area and is trying to generate some interest prior to signing the lease. As many have mentioned, I believe building a community prior to opening a large space (around 5,000SF) would be a prudent way to successfully open up and operate a cowork space. Currently, we have about 5 confirmed members and need about 10 more to move forward to secure the office space. I would love to hear your thoughts on how to gain traction/interest in a new area prior to opening up the space and ways to recruit new members. Also, if anyone is interested in coworking in Pasadena area, please let me know. Thanks for all your help in advance!
