Also, we hosted an event last month that went over the tools online that can help you work remotely efficiently (like producteev, dropbox, logmein, etc.) and then we had a guest speaker (a VP of Sales at a large company) come in and talk about how you can manage remote workers as it is different than managing people in person. That's an idea - to have training for the company so the remote working is a success.
