Hi Guys, I had always been curious about the co-working culture and the knitty gritty involved with it. However, since I was a practicing lawyer I never paid much attention.
However, since December I have taken break from law and gotten into the family business. We have a old decommissioned ice factory lying vacant in South Mumbai and I consider setting up a co-working space in it. Of course I am relatively new to the entire world of co-working so before I go about designing the place I would love to know more about how to build a community who would be interested in joining.
