Hi Sam! A hard quest :). I have the same all the time - people don't seem to get it - I guess it is one of these things you only understand through practice. A lot of people don't seem to see any benefits other than having an ergonomic chair and a good internet connection for the first weeks.
For inspiration I suggest you take a look at the Coworker's Stories page in the Coworking Wiki<http://wiki.coworking.com/w/page/65062137/Coworkers%20stories>. It's a collection of blog posts written by coworkers about their experiences in coworking spaces. Of course if you know of any (i.e. by coworkers at the Coop) feel free to add them there.
