Cool question! I love these kinds of patterns. Would be neat to see some of
the coworking space management tools export aggregate data so we can do
analysis like this - anonymous occupancy averages by day of week, week of
the month, month of the year, etc would be really cool to overlay on things
like weather data, major events/holidays, etc.

That said, I haven't seen anything on the macro scale yet, though.

A couple of small observations I've made:

* Short term weather extremes (as in an isolated VERY hot, rainy, or snowy
day) may keep people away, but if the trend keeps up for more than a couple
of days, people start braving the weather because being cooped up is
driving them insane.
* Heat waves (like Philly experienced in the last couple of weeks) often
leads to higher occupancy, largely due to the fact that our A/C is
comfortable and people's homes aren't always centrally cooled.
