Hello Everyone! I am planning to open a coworking space in Germany. A few question came up concerning the general organisation of the space: We are two people who are going to run the place. but as one of use has another part time job and the other doesn't live "full time" in the town where the space is going to be, we ask ourselves how we can organize a few aspects of the every day life independent from us:
First we thought about installing a lock system that allows members to come and go as they want (so there is no need open/close every morning and evening). Or we thought about hiring someone or get someone out of the community to help out doing that on the days we can't be there. But then I asked my self (maybe a silly question): how do you guys keep track on the membership options everyone has booked - or control, that members only use the space for 10 days when they bought some kind of 10 day pass.
