Hi Kevin, Do let me know when you get your first draft online... we have been building and co-ordinating a network of independently owned and operated coworking spaces in Devon, UK, and although we have not opensourced the business plans (as they are not ours to opensource) we have been publishing resources such as design and marketing toolkits with creative commons licenses - available at http://www.devonworkhubs.co.uk/
