I am planning to launch a new space in NYC and I have a massive community already, I have questions related to the physical space. What will I need to start (licenses? Permits? Insurance (any type particularly?) and Tech).
Also, should I work with an architiect and how early? I don't have a space yet but I am looking, should I go through broker or owners?
