Thanks to everyone posting info on this thread. It has been helpful in planning for our coworking space in Brampton, Ontario. Would anyone be willing to share their financial projections (mainly, cash flow) to give us an example to run with? I would be happy to sign an NDA. Any tips and resources specific to coworking financials would be awesome!
