I may be reading this too late but I'll advice you against it. You want to have *free* day passes when you open so when other people come they will see that your space is not empty. That worked marvelously for us. You will be surprise how many people love it and sign up for the monthly plans even before the free day passes are over.
Also agreed 100% with Alex, you need to get them to fell like they belong not charging them a fee. To this day we do that as well. If you are new stick around enjoy the vibre, wanna pay your day pass sure, we'll take your cash.
