Hi folks— I've been lurking on the list for a while, reading and learning. It's been a lot of fun =)
Please pardon the self promo here but I'm very excited to let you know that SpareChair <http://sparechair.me> just launched, and that we were featured on Marketplace—the nationally broadcast radio show that reaches 9 million listeners each week. We're hoping to create a true community for people who don't work in an office all the time, as well as to become a listings, and reservations and payments system for coworking spaces. This is beta, so we know for certain that we will have things to add and improve, and we would be deeply grateful for any feedback from the list. We started SpareChair because we work from home and know that it has a lot of benefits, but also, that we get personally and professionally isolated. We wanted to help connect people in our situations. Here's the Marketplace piece, if it's of interest: http://www.marketplace.org/topics/business/extra-chair-your-home-office-rent-it-out Warmest, Sharona -- Visit this forum on the web at http://discuss.coworking.com --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Coworking" group.
