We had a nonprofit here for 2 years and as it expanded we renegotiated. 
 They grew to 5 and we put them in one small office at our VIP rate and 
then when we got to 10, we doubled it as they weren't all there at the same 
time.  They spilled over into one of three conference rooms we had if not 
booked.  They wanted to rent one of our conference rooms permanently and 
knock a wall out, but I knew they wanted to be downtown so wasn't willing 
to give up that space.  In Cobot, we can customize as needed.  Good luck to
