1. I used to run a coworking space so I felt the need to support a local coworking space. 2. I have little kids at home and a mother-in-law so I need to escape the house to get any work done. 3. If I am going to plow through 5-8 hours of paperwork, I want to do it with a comfortable chair, somewhere to store my external monitor, somewhere to store my extra power adapter for my laptop + an external mouse & keyboard. My productivity is pretty bad without these things in coffee shops, the library, etc...
