Hi All! My name is Jina Stephen. I am currently pursuing my masters in business administration at Texas Woman's University in Houston, TX. As our final project, we are to make a five year business plan of a business of our choice. My group and I have decided to start a 24/7 co-working space in The Texas Medical Center which will also be available to students after hours should they need a place to study. We plan to charge monthly and per-use membership. We would like to further research and interview existing co-working spaces to get a better idea as to how the business functions and is structured.
