Hey Marco, Our approach at Creative Density is be open to all. This has a created a natural balance that isn't too tech focused, creative heavy, or making it exclusive to any one group. Right away on our website and in our content we make it so everyone FEELS invited to join us. When you give a tour make it so people feel know to be nice and welcoming. A lot of our members say hi to new people as I show them around. The whole point is that no one group feels out of place.
