Hello Beautiful Coworking Friends, We recently created Desktime Open Source to make some of our agreements and templates available to the coworking community. Which is something I have been wanting to do for a looooooonnnnng time.
I wanted to share the first piece we’re prepped, the Space License Agreement we developed for The Coop. It’s annotated so you can see how and why we did certain things. You can download and review it for your own use here (but check with your lawyers, please!). When doing demos for Desktime and in general it's the most requested additional information we share.
