Hi everyone. I have been a member of the group for quite sometime. Reading more than commenting. Now I have a good reason to comment:
One of the investment groups I work with has purchased a mixed-use office building in Fairfax, Virginia, USA. Fairfax is very near Washington, D.C. and is considered one of the highest income areas in the USA. There is a critical mass of Technology, Government and Finance sectors there. One idea we are considering is setting up a coworking business within this office building. I'd like to see if there are any existing coworking groups that might be interested in collaborating with us in investing in, setting up and running a coworking business there.
