Congratulations to Grind on their deal with Verizon <http://www.verizon.com/about/news/verizon-partners-grind-open-coworking-space-historic-lower-manhattan-building>. As analysts looking at the industry from the outside, we think this is a very big deal. Corporations and commercial building owners are trying to figure out what to do with excess space. There's been a lot of discussion about turning this space into coworking spaces, but the real estate industry moves very slowly. We think a corporation like Verizon jumping will lead more firms to make similar moves.
