CoIN Loft, http://startitupde.org/ The Mill, http://themillspace.com/ 1313 Innovation, http://1313innovation.com/ Newark CoWork, http://newarkcowork.com/ I'm not as familiar with Newark CoWork, but I know that the three spaces in Wilmington all have conference/meeting rooms.
