I encourage people to start a website where people can register interest but we need some more context and information.
I want to echo Alex's point of adding more information and adding pictures of people and not desks. I would also recommend adding a survey in addition to the signup form so you start hear when they visit the website then just ask for sign ups. Contact them right away when you sign up and start hosting jellies. Use the website as a place to point people so it's easy to track and communicate with people when the time is near, but you need go get out in the world. Don't get discouraged about not having any sign ups.
