As part of the planning, I am trying to get a Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, etc.. While I see lots of these types of documents out there that I "could copy", I fear that I would get into trouble for copyright infringement. There's nothing special in what I am trying to do (Coworking). What would be the most cost effective means to get a membership TOU, privacy, basically all the documents that I need to run a coworking space?
