Hi everyone! Was wondering what type of programs a lot of you use to keep track/accept rent payments. Is it the same system you use for merchandise or misc you may sell? The system we currently have in place is terrible and it is hard to keep track of who paid, who hasn't, where certain money is coming from and so on.
