Hello friends!

I'm Sofie, an industrial design student from Lund who joined this site a
while ago to see behind the scenes of the coworking community for my part
of the project *IN OUR OFFICE*.

OUR OFFICE* was initiated by the dutch designer Stefan Diez and Rolf HAY,
the co-founder of the danish design company HAY to look into the new trend
of small scale offices, start ups and coworking spaces. Amongst the 12
pieces created and designed by the students of Lund school of industrial
design we explore these spaces to come up new and interesting approaches to
tackle situations and problems within the small scale office.

I thought this would be fun for you guys to have a look at since it's more
or less connected to your spaces. We exhibited at Milan design fair earlier
this year and in a couple of weeks we will exhibit once again at DMY BERLIN

Kraftverk
Berlin Köpenicker Str. 70 2–5 June 2016. You should come by and have a
look!

is my concept *WORKAROUND* -a transformable furniture system to promote
collaboration.

Workaround is a pop-up furniture landscape, transforming along with the
different activities and needs within a small scale office. While promoting
interior variations it also allows for new, exciting perspectives and
working positions from one day to the next.

The see-through plastic is enhancing the transparency at the office
promoting collaboration and interaction. Just as much as it is an ever
changing furniture for teams it is also a tool for creating trust and
relations within a space.
