Great question. I'd love to be a part of this conversation as well. I help 
manage Free Range in Chicago and while our founder is an African American 
woman, we are still a predominantly white coworking space. It is 
interesting to note that we also serve as an event venue on the weekends 
and most of our event clients are women of color. 

We sometimes host coworking Meetups and have been able to attract more 
diversity that way, but the conversion to coworking membership is low.
