Hi. We simply tell everyone that "payment confirms a booking", and that goes for any monthly or walk-in plans. We allow cancellations 2 weeks in advance, 50% refund if 1 week, and none before that. That said, we're exploring shorter notifications, and do have exceptions to the rule when, for example, someone books just 6 days ahead.
