I'm writing an article about the trend toward corporate employees taking desks in existing coworking spaces and/or companies creating their own coworking spaces and inviting outside community members.
Would love to hear if your mix of individuals and small companies has shifted significantly over the years. I'm also interested in any other insights you might have about the trend, for example: - what are companies looking for with this strategy: cost-savings? innovation? community? - are there particular industries where this is more prevalent? - do corporate members tend to be longer or shorter-term clients compared to your average tenure? - do they have any unique needs or requirements?
