Hello, everyone! I'm pretty new to coworking and would love all the advice I could get. To give a little context I recently started in my coworking space as a community manager. Everything seems to go great with my members and their happiness, but there is one big problem. I have noticed that members interactions and participation with the environment is very little to none. Does anyone have advice on how to get people more involved in a way that doesn't seem forced?
