Greetings good people, My name is Rio and Im a newbie to the co-working world. I've started on my mission to create a tribe of engaged entrepreneurs, and independent contractors via online, in hopes it will lead to some great projects and business opportunities down the road offline. I have wanted to open up a tea/coffee shop for many years, and since being turned on to co-working spaces, Ive been set on combining the coffee shop with a co-working space. I need to know, what are the top 5 expenses coworking spaces face on a monthly bases? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
