I just got back from GCUC 2017 in NYC and one glaring thing I noticed is that a lot of Coworking space operators really need assistance in getting the word out about their communities.
There are a lot of cost effective marketing resources available to the industry which I noticed are being tragically underutilized. I wanted to open this thread for all community managers to share their thoughts and feedback on marketing resources they have used to successfully promote their center. Has anyone considered partnering with Coworking brokers? www.instantoffices.com generates over 60,000 office inquiries and currently allows over 10,000 flexible office space providers the ability to advertise their properties completely free of charge. What differentiates The Instant Group from other marketing resources is the in-house team of consultants/brokers who contacts every lead to qualify them and work collaboratively with the local office operator to arrange tours in order to find the best space for each client. What are your thoughts on this type of partnership? Is it something you think would help drive sales at your coworking communities? -- Visit this forum on the web at http://discuss.coworking.com --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Coworking" group.
