Hi Carolyn, I run a new neighborhood-based coworking space in the Boston area called The Village Works. Our building was a 19th century hardware store that's lived many lives (mixed use residential and paint store, fish market, restaurant, pub, medical offices). It was vacant for five years before we started our reuse project. We opened in April 2017.
