Hi All, I am new to co working space and would appreciate feedback to below. I have a vacant building in Brisbane Australia which I want to transform into an amazing co-working space. I would appreciate if there is co-founder of co-working space in that can assist in this matter, especially someone from Sydney or Brisbane. I am currently living in Sydney.
- How much office space required per member? - Whats the ratio of Permanent membership Vs Casual membership? - Any assistance in designing a co-working space. Do you contacts to interior designers in the Brisbane area which i can use? - Software use? - Is there a breakeven point for the number of members you have to sign up? How many members do we wish to achieve per site. What is the ideal size of each site? I would appreciate your feedback and love to talk to you privately.
