I was doing some research and I found Republikken at the top 30 cowering spaces in the world and that's amazing. right now im the phase of building a business plan and creating the proforma, but sometimes is difficult to obtain some info since it seems this business is very young. so if you can provide some feedback on numbers in average (expenses, memberships fees, % of private office vs open space, and so on) will be helpful
