Coffeeshops when Starbucks started? Curious to learn from other industries. Definitely coffee has differentiation from local cafes vs Starbucks, and has chains more like Starbucks -- how did that differentiation happen, was there an alliance of local cafes or some cafes that led the marketing innovation -- does anyone know the history?
