Hi Good Luck,

1.  I  am sure you had a  inspection done.  Make sure you have all code
violation repaired 1st. Your town or city can help with this.
2.  Hire a space planner  for layout before doing any construction.  Lay
that plan out with painters tape on the floor so you can see in real life
the size and spacing.  Plans look very different on paper than they do on
the ground.  Also mark lighting on ceiling.
3.  If you going to be supping common service items(printer,, Copiers,
coffee, refrigerator.......  make sure you have the power  you need where
you plan on putting the equipment.
4.  Use high quality routers be sure you internet is reliable and fast
enough.
5.  There is tons of used furniture around.  Check with resale office
furniture stores, Office building owners many times have excess furniture
that they will let you have is you will remove it.
