Thanks for the response John, Will look into the links you provided.
My first concern, however, is how to build a community about this? Is there an online space for owners and clients to meet,? Is there somewhere I should enlist myself? Business environment here is very culture oriented, and therefore, it is seeming a little tricky to reach the target market. Advise sought! I have two pieces of advice for you. 1. Buy a copy of the book Coworking Handbook by Ramon Suarez https://www.coworkinghandbook.com/ It's a great reference and will help you organize your thoughts. 2. Keep using this group. There are a lot of experienced space owners/ operators that generously share from their stumbles and successes. Enjoy the ride.
