I have our lawyers draft.. then we season it to taste per how we like to
develop our culture. Then send it back to her to make sure that what we are
saying is legal and legitimate. Dont DIY it because it may not hold up in
court if its missing something specific. What state are you in? If you need
help I can see if she can be of assistance if you dont already have someone
to work with.
