Hello; I'm in the process of transitioning the leadership of the coworking community I started building in my hometown. There are digital assets, a community mailing list, small CRM population, social media accounts, and other associated online tools. While I'm not seeking to profit from this, I have invested time and money into building what's there now, and it does have value for the next person that could take the reigns. There's a possibility that I'd donate the entity as an asset to a school or NPO to take on ownership and claim the donation on my taxes.
