I know what I don’t know and I do know that I want to be in the business of owning and operating a co-working space in the Norther New Jersey area. My focus for this space is to develop an environment for product / hardware developers and small businesses that can aid in the progression of the Next Big Thing. I have been researching this space for over a year and realize to do this right, I will need to bring on a partner that is familiar with the co-working environment and shares a similar passion. I have the resources to raise the capital and plan on devoting 110% of my time to make this business a real success for my partner, myself and the community that we create together.
