Hi

Where are you from?

I live in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada and am doing a feasibility study. The
nature of the study is to see if a coworking space would function in our
City, and if so what does it look like? Is it for-profit, not-for-profit?
What are the start-up costs, the operational costs and the financing (if
any) costs?

Linking up with other colab/coworking spaces to understand what worked and
did not work for them is what I will be doing in this study. As well as
recruiting for the space to act as both a coworking community and a
mentoring for small business to accelerate and gain expertise from other
business owners while at the same time working together, yet independently.
