Wondering about the best way to price a medium size office (about 70 sqft) 
that can have 2 desks or just 1 desk. Do you set the rate higher for 2 
desks use and if someone if by themselves then they just have to pay that 
rate,(like a single-person upcharge on a cruise) or charge less for a 
single and an extra $50 for a second desk? Thinking about the extra 
overhead, onboarding, etc. Would they have to be with the same company or 
could two different businesses occupy the same office? 
What are the different scenarios?
