This will depend a lot on where you are. In the Netherlands free parking is a much more exciting perk than,,,,,almost anything else. Though bike parking is as much in demand as car parking and in the large cities like Amsterdam it simply does not exist and everybody knows that already.
I think your best bet is to arrange something for parking, and then communicate it clearly. Maybe you can make a deal with a nearby lot or similar; the option of a park and ride where you leave your car outside the city and ride a shuttle in is increasingly popular in the NL. Do you expect your coworkers to drive in? If so, then you need to arrange something, If not, then it won;t make a difference.
